Q&A#2: MY HAIR WILL NOT STAY MOISTURIZED! IS THERE ANY HOPE FOR ME? WHAT AM I DOING WRONG?!

Yes there is always hope!!

First identify how your hair soaks (or doesn't soak) up product. I had to do this for my own hair, because I got tired of product just sitting on top of my hair and not really getting in (low porosity problems!). My recommendation regardless of porosity level is to start off with spraying your hair with water FIRST! This will provide moisture that no product can top, since technically "moisture" is "water". After spraying your hair with water, then apply your moisturizer...the creamier the better! Then follow up with an oil. Depending on your hair, you may need to moisturize your hair 2x/day and THAT'S OKAY! If that doesn't work, then I would focus more on increasing your deep conditioning (post on deep conditioning coming soon)! xoxo!
