Why? Distilled from rosemary* herbs this ancient oil has been known for centuries to promote hair growth. Rosemary oil is recognized for it’s ability to stimulate blood vessels & promote cell division associated with hair growth. When using rosemary oil always dilute it in another carrier oil such as olive oil or you can add it to your shampoo or conditioner.

Why? Pressed from castor beans and refined for cosmetic use, this oil is definitely a favorite of mine and a frequent recommendation to others who are trying to regrow their edges and nape. Castor oil consist of ricinoleic acid which activates the hair growth receptors prostaglandin E2 & promotes stronger hair follicles. Castor oil can be used by itself, in combination with other oils, or as an additive to your conditioner or moisturizer.
Why? Pressed from grape seeds, this hidden gem contains linoleic acid which is a hair loving fatty acid that promotes hair growth & cell regeneration. In addition there has been research done on grapeseed oil being able to block the hair loss causing hormone DHT. You can add this oil by itself or to your favorite hair care products.
